I had called for a quote on two area rugs and they were very helpful in helping me understand what needed to be done based on the material and condition they were in (no hidden fees). They showed up on time and were communicating throughout the entire process from scheduling the appointment to doing the work in my home. Emilio was the Technician and he was very professional and respectful, he and his crew did a great job bringing back the life out of my area rugs.
