Shawn was excellent. Our ac unit went down on a Friday night around 5 pm. In desperation I started calling to find a repairman open. Shawn answered the phone. Although this company is not open on the weekends shawn helped us diagnose the problem. He even agreed to come help us if we weren't able to solve the problem on our own.
