Good service and very friendly. They are a small family run business so sometimes they get a little backed up which makes it a challenge to get after hours or emergency assistance but I enjoy their service and labor warranty if you have issues after they fix something. They are also the most affordable in the valley.

Jeff drove from Enoch to Paragonah in terrible weather to get our furnace going. The problems with the furnace turned out to be fairly trivial but only someone with Jeff's knowledge could have diagnosed and fixed the problems so rapidly. He charged me what I consider to be a very small sum for the trouble that he had to go to, in the evening during a winter storm, to get here. I am planning on replacing my entire system as soon as I can afford it and I know exactly who I will be calling. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff was very attentive and considerate. He knew we had a sleeping infant and chose not to use a power drill because he didn’t want to wake her. He was able to get our heat going in less than an hour and even brought a spare space heater just in case he couldn’t get the heat going. I highly recommend this business.

Stout Cooling and Heating is my Go-To for Cooling and Heating issues. Jeff Stout came to my business this past winter when my furnace died- I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes for him to arrive, figure out the problem and fix it at the lowest cost to me- This past fall (2018) he saved a family reunion at my sisters home after the a/c stopped working-
