At first they seemed like a good reliable company to maintain/service my systems but after they couldn't fix one of my rental houses hvac system they recommended I did a new system so I did even after the new install the brand new system didn't work so they had to come out again to fix it, These people are crooks and liers I've been dealing with them since March and still to this day they haven't done what they've been telling me on one of my other properties, they supposedly had to get a new part I was originally quoted a fair price but when they actually came to do the

Did not show for repair for a heating unit they installed under warranty. The installed the condenser line incorrectly routing it to my septic. Water backed up to the sensor in the unit shutting down the furnace. Fixed by another competitor for $1200. They have the worst service I have ever encountered. Will not use them again for anything.

Me: "My furnace is over heating and filling my house with smoke"
Them: "We'll come over and look at it for $79." (Wayyyyyy over-priced.)
A tech guy, who clearly didn't have a clue, looked at the furnace about 3 mins. then told me we needed a new furnace for $6000.
"Well why was it smoking?"
"There was dust on the heating strips. The heating strips got too hot and burned away the dust. That's where your smoke came from."
Are you serious??? That's the best thing you could come up with?
He left. I took my dog for a walk and came home 30 mins

Very professional and honest. Its a family run business and they came and replaced my unit two days after I called for an appointment. I watched them as they worked and it was clear they knew what they were doing and that they took care of the equipment and my house.
My new AC is working fine and I will for sure be using them again if I have the need. It's nice to find a contractor you can trust.

I was a disadvantage trying to deal with an air conditioner that wasn't cooling,an unhappy Tenant and I'm in San Diego.
They were prompt and were able to diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot.
Should the problem come up again and a new unit is needed they will deduct the service/repair cost towards the new air conditioner.
Everybody wins!

A service guy came and was very short with me, wouldn't give me any information on my AC situation other than mumbling to me about having a blown capacitor. He didn't even come inside the apartment or even look me in the eye but was very concerned about finding my landlord to bill her.
He told me it "would get cooler soon" and an hour later the house was reaching the 90s. I had to call my landlord again who was upset about the large bill and the fact that it still wasn't working ( $300 for after hours.) Im pretty astute and I got the impression the service guy intentionally

Came out quickly. It wasn't an emergency. Did a thorough job. Tried not to charge me too much. If I understood the system better I might have given 5 stars... I'm just not sure yet, looking forward to him coming back and checking it again.
It was expensive, but I really think he did his best to keep the cost as low as possible... given the circumstances.
