I would prefer to give 0 star if I could. Save yourself time and money and look for another window distributor. This place is absolutely terrible. After getting an original quote for the windows we were ready to put the order in. The price suddenly increased by $3000, which was caused by a "mistake" on their part. This happened another 2 times. Regardless of what the original signed the contract amount was, when the windows arrived they demanded another $1000. Above all of this, 3 windows were 4 inches shorter than they should have been, because they "forgot" to tell us that Loewen does not make
