The initial meeting was great! We had many questions one of which was our trim, which they assured us could be duplicated. We chose to pass due to the price. A second gentleman came out to try and see if they could drop the price which they were able to do. We again discussed our trim. He promised it would be no problem to duplicate so we signed the contract.
The next person who came out was for measurements. We again mentioned the trim which he said we can’t make this type of trim. But at this time we had already signed the contract! We spoke to 2 more people about our trim which said they

Do not waste your time the prices are outrageous no regular family can afford these windows they quoted me $32,000 for 17 windows I don't live in a castle I live in a home 1900 square foot when I told the guy no thank you after 2 and 1/2 hours he got mad and his true colors came out he turned into a sob and I exported him out my door which he tried to slam as he was leaving and almost went after him

Marc Haley and his team installed my windows. Their service was excellent, they were very professional and answered all my concerns. Marc was excellent in making suggestions to correct a problem unforeseen to me at my initial transaction. I commend them on their attention to cleanliness.

The process of getting our new windows was seamless and very pleasant. Our installers Richard Wahl and his sons were very professional and very swift and did a fantastic job with the install. I'd highly recommend them to any seeking stellar workmanship. As for the windows themselves they look fantastic which is why we returned to Renewal by Anderson for our window needs. Well done all around!
