Installation: you can see that we did not do a "superior" job. I wish I could do it over however, i am realizing that the counter top is warming up nicely anyway. I guess it isn't that fussy.
Operation/First Impressions: WOW! Everyone is amazed at this product! Although they have never heard of it (or felt a need for it) they appreciate the luxury.

We live in the frozen north - far north. Our kitchen has quartz counter tops, including covering an island with four bar type seats. We begin our day sitting at the bar for coffee and breakfast. In fact, we eat all of our meals at the island. FeelsWarm transformed our kitchen bar counter from a surface that felt ice cold to one that is comfortably warm. The temperature transition from the heated side of the island to the other side is amazing. My wife has declared - "I LOVE our warm island counter!".

We love the new Feels Warm countertop warming mat. When friends come into our house, it’s the first thing that we show them. We live in Maine so our countertops can get quite cold in the winter. We installed it ourselves, the adhesive is very tacky so be careful when you’re putting it on. Don’t peel back to much of the paper when installing. I measured multiple times before drilling into the cabinet. As you can see in the photo the mate is very thin.

The company was so great to work with! I did a standard order, but they contacted me to see if I wanted them to customize it so I only needed one transformer instead of two.....for the same price!!! We absolutely LOVE our heated quartz countertops. I'm pretty sure I'll be ordering another one for my mom!

Our reception desk has granite countertops and can get very cold. To help the receptionist from feeling cold all the time, we purchased the 11"x17" heating pad. She absolutely loves it! We placed it underneath the granite where her arm rests while using the mouse. She is very happy with the purchase. The granite now feels close to 70 degrees and is quite comfortable.

We ordered custom FeelsWarm countertop heaters for our new 3cm thick Quartz island countertop. Super easy to install and it works so well. We get so many compliments on how warm our countertops feel. They came pretty quickly, and with all the necessary installation items. We installed them ourselves and no issues. Ashley was great to work with!

This is awesome! It is so relaxing to rest your arms on a warm countertop. This was a DYI project on a recent remodel. The 64 x 11" pad was just the right size. I recommend getting a buddy to help install the pad. You do have to be quick with the surface prep, so cover everything with plastic first. The optional thermostat is a good idea, we like it on a medium setting. Overall a definite asset you will appreciate for years to come.
