5 stars all around! Andrew was amazing and even cleaned up our basement after fixing/cleaning out our main line. Another company we had tried to use the day before left our entire basement floor wet and dirty, was four times as expensive and didn't even fix the issue. Andrew took the time to clean everything so nicely after leaving (that cannot be a clean job!!), and he was so quick & professional. Would recommend!

I called and made an appointment to have our main drain cleaned. I took half a day work off so I could sit home and wait for them to show up. 45 minutes after I get home they call and tell me they are too busy to come out now and if they do it will be overtime, read: I'd have to pay more money. Are you kidding me??!! All she offered was someone else's phone # to see if they could come out. Thanks for nothing. Oh, and they had to have my credit card on file in case of.... me not showing up for the appointment?? Not sure, but pretty ironic. Terrible customer service. Will never call again

My 2 year old daughter dropped a toy train in the toilet and it got clogged. I bought a toilet auger to try to get the toy myself but had no luck. I call this company and they told me their service rate was $125/hour. They came and now the toilet is unclogged and working but the overall service was subpar.
1. The two guys that came to our house didn't tell my wife anything about what they were doing. No explanations or any communication really.
2. No one explained to my wife or I that there would be an extra charge to take out the toilet. Communication was poor.
