Such a great experience with B&G Awnings corp. They are very professional and patient! We started the process of the awning back in 2018 and went back and forth until we could make up our minds and they were extremely patient, came out and showed us the samples of colors, made us a sample and then we chose the exact opposite! The whole team from the office, Juan and the installers - great people and a great company. Thank you!!

Good service and reliable! Since moving to south Florida from up north, we noticed not everyone here is good with being on time or even showing up all together which is so frustrating when you are looking to have something done or paying for a service. B & G was on time from our first appointment, answered our questions timely & got the job done when they said they would. Our cabana/pergola looks great too!

I have had my awning less than 3 years and it is covered in mold and ripped in three places. When I contacted the company they told me that I had been sold a product by their sales person that they would not have recommended, I told them I was 100% guided by their sales person and followed her professional opinion. It was even suggested my husband and I ripped our awning ourselves taking it down for a hurricane. I wish I was that strong! I have come to find out the sales person no longer works there. By no means did I expect to get my awning replaced free of charge, I was just hoping the company

I made an appointment for an estimate on a new fence, car port awning, and a pergola - they never showed up. When I called they had no explanation as to what happened. I reluctantly rescheduled- they called me the day of the second appointment to cancel due to an emergency. Now twice I have accommodated my work schedule around these people, only to be left high and dry. At least they called the second time. Typical Miami mentality of ZERO respect for customers time.
