Excellent work done by Gean and his crew. They removed my old tile floor and replaced with beautiful vinyl floors. They also replaced my walls and baseboards, painted the bathroom and installed a new toilet. Mr Lucas provided us with excellent service and supervision of the project, he supervised the project in an excellent professional and efficient manner.

I found out about them at Floor and decor and decided to give it a try. They offer free estimates which is a plus. Everything was done very quickly and stress free, and nowdays, this means more than price in my opinion. New floors look very pretty and I will probably use them again next year to remodel my kitchen.

I found them thru Floor and Decor and I loved everything, from the beginning to end they were exceptional. First, one guy came the take the measurements for free. I also ask him to take measurements of something that I will do only next year, and he did with pleasure. Then, I received the estimate very quick. 1 day after I signed everything and in the next 3 days they started my installation. The guys were very professional and careful. I’m so in love with my vinyl flooring. I highly recommended them!

BEWARE! This has been the absolute WORST home project that I have ever experienced in my entire life as a homeowner and I've owned 3. I think they use day laborers to complete the work and there is ZERO contractor accountability. I'm currently negotiating a final invoice due to supplies I had to buy to fix botched job. As of now, they refuse to deduct labor that I did NOT receive. The first contractor cracked an entire box of tile. I sent a copy of all items purchased prior to beginning of the project. He either did not know that you can't cut glass tile with nippers or most likely, didn't know

Hiring these guys is a risk that's not worth taking. I contracted with them to install new flooring in my place and they sent clearly untrained workers to do the job, which they botched. Instead of making it right, they refused to return my down payment and even had the nerve to ask for me to pay the remaining cost of the project, which I'm now going to have to pay another contractor to fix or do over entirely. These guys are dishonest, poorly trained hacks. Save yourself the trouble and hire someone you can trust.

This company rescheduled a flooring estimate on me twice (once very last minute with about 15 minutes notice while I was already on the way to the property). They came out for the third appointment time (which I had to change my work schedule to accomodate) and did the estimate, the estimator himself was very nice and helpful during the appointment. However after two days I still had not received an estimate, I sent two follow up messages to both the estimator and the admin office asking about the status of the quote, and they still never ended up sending me anything. Overall the whole thing was

These guys are absolutely top-notch! Every part of the process, from planning through execution was flawless. (They laid tile throughout most of our first floor and fully remodeled a bathroom.) I’ve never seen more beautiful and precise tile work. We will work with them for any additional remodeling projects!

Factotum has recently done 2 flooring jobs for me and nobody could have done them better for a more reasonable price. The first job was LVP and based on that experience, I had them do hardwood in 3 rooms of the main floor, redo the stairs with hardwood and replace the carpet in the upstairs hall with hardwood. I HIGHLY recommend Lucas, Daniel and Alejandro... amazing job! I will use them again!

It was a generally good experience working with Factotum (this company is a special partner with Floor and Decor where you shop for tiles): excellent communication before project began (so-so communication after project started); professional, knowledgeable about all things tiles; wore uniform and masks all the time; on time arrival for work each morning; courteous (telling us they were off to lunch break, etc.); detail oriented (always asking us about details before installing something, such as the orientation of the patterns on the tiles, which types of tiles to install where, etc).
