Used Steve’s services through Cascade Pools to open up our in-ground pool in May. At this time he agreed to weekly maintenance of the pool throughout the summer. No weekly maintenance was performed. He was unresponsive for weeks. When he finally answered he told me he was not coming to do the maintenance because he “couldn’t handle any more work” and I should “make other arrangements”
His lack of communication, and disregard for our agreement to maintain the pool after opening it has left me very disappointed. Additionally, his very delayed response to “make other arrangements”
