This group came into an old house, much in need of repair, and went above and beyond to get it clean enough for us to move in. They even pulled out the refrigerator and cleaned behind it!

Fantastic! I am a 24/7 caregiver for my wife and my housekeeping has been limited mostly to occasional vacuuming & dishwashing and laundry. The house hasn't been properly cleaned in three+ years, when I had it professionally done by another company (estimate given via the phone and actual cost that was twice the estimate). Lynn came by earlier in the month to assess what was needed and offered suggestions regarding their services. She gave me a price for the work and that's how much it costed me. This is a recent review. I hired Lynn for my project last year. I think she did a good job for my client.
Then hired for my house for monthly cleaning.
She did not do the job. Missed lots spots and called her again she came back and she did it. But she never showed up my monthly scheduled date. No calls. It's too bad, I was trying give her more work... no response means not professional.

I am totally pleased with Lynn's work. She is on time (and if she is running late, she calls). Lynn uses very healthy green products to clean and the little things are taken care of without pointing them out. I was shocked to read some of the negative reviews because they didn't even sound like her and her team.
When I arrived yesterday, her cleaning assistant was paying great detail to the pulls in the work area. Lynn had cleaned the refridg and had taken out all the green hairy unidentifiable veggies!
I have had her clean 3 times for me already and cannot say enough positive

For our last house cleaning, I had to bail on my usual cleaning service because we needed service on Saturday, so at first I was pleased that I came across Maid Organic PDX. But my wife and I were severely disappointed when we came home. Lyn is a terrible cleaner and an even worse businessperson. The kitchen counter tops weren't cleaned well and, worse of all, there were hairs left on two of the three toilets and in two of the three sinks. It was the worse bathroom cleaning we'd ever seen. We've used Maid Organic PDX twice, once this summer and once last year. We have been fully satisfied each time. Lynn and her coworker did deep cleanings both times. Walking into a freshly clean house was such a wonderful feeling! They got into corners that I have never touched. I didn't realize how cruddy the house gets after a year of surface cleaning until they came in and took the crud away! While I'll probably never hire a regular cleaner, I will certainly have Maid Organic do the occasional deep clean. I have no reason to hire someone else. They did a great job.

We use Maid Organic for our office cleaning and could not be happier! The detailed cleaning leaves our offices fresh and sparkling. The difference is amazing. I see others weren't that happy, but I had an excellent experience with this company. They have come twice to my home (basically I'm one of those people who only have cleaners come before guests), and they did a great job. They were punctual, thorough, pleasant and well-priced. I'll definitely work with them again, liked them much more than some of the other cleaning services we've had in the past.

I used maid organic a three times because the owner Lynn was so nice the first time I met her. Unfortunately she is very unorganized and never returned calls or emails. She quoted me at around 60$ after seeing my small bungalow and even emailed the quote but then kept trying to charge me 100$.. I forwarded her the original quotes and she never responded. Then she came knocking in my door and left a note looking for her money even though shed never actually given me a bill except for emailing me her "adjusted" price. I paid her what she quoted me. Maid Organics cleaned our house for several months and I was never satisfied with the results (except for one time, which I'll touch on briefly). The house was never cleaned that well, in fact, they had to come back on one occasion to clean some things that were so basic that it's shocking they missed them. But, even when I didn't request that they return, the cleaning was always very poor. Scam artist. Do not hire. If you do decide to take your chances do not pay her prior to the cleaning. I purchased a coupon for a 3hr cleaning. For 3 months I tried to schedule the cleaning. No return calls, not responding to emails. Finally I was able to get a hold of her after the coupon merchant prompted her call to me and she then no showed for the appointment that she had set. Now she is not returning my calls. Just checked the Oregon Business registry and it appears that her business license has expired as well. You would probably have better luck hiring any criminal off the street.

THEY STOLE MONEY!!! I paid in advance for two separate households to be cleaned. After the first apartment was cleaned the second house cleaning was canceled. They did such a crummy job cleaning the first apartment it was pointless to have them clean the second place. They cashed both checks and said they would return the balance to me. Now they refuse to respond to emails and calls. They stole more than $80 and will not send it back. I am a single parent and i do not have money to lose. I moved into a new apartment recently that needed a LOT of deep cleaning attention. I just couldn't do it all alone. Lynn and Wade arrived on time, stayed late, and were a total blast! They were incredibly respectful of my space and went an extra twenty miles to make my new house a home. The detail work Wade did on my super old and grungy kitchen appliances was truly remarkable . . . they were a different color when he started! Maid Organic PDX did a great job for a GREAT price. I bought a deal on Mobba for cleaning service with this company and that also benefits charity. Lynn the owner had been sick and I had stayed patient to schedule this. First my appointment got moved several times but even on the day it finally was supposed to be at, she didn't show up, didn't call or even answer my calls. I still gave this company a chance only because the owner Lynn was very nice and was really sick. It took a while to reschedule the next one. There were so many "Green" cleaning companies when I began my search but this company really went the extra mile. They didn't just use non-toxic biodegradable cleaners, they actually pay their staff more for taking the bus/light rail, carpooling, etc.
They couldn't have been more friendlier or more detail oriented! I am very happy with them and have been using them since 2008.
