We were moving in and needed a house cleaned fast. They charged by square footage and bathroom type not by the hour. Offered a discount due to hard times during quarantine. I made a mistake by not being clear on how many bathrooms there were up front and they only charged half price for the extras. We requested some extra window cleaning afterwords we also got that at a discount, they came back on another day to do more work. Got much more work for the price than previous services used, and a good job, with some before and after photos to really show areas where the grime came off. Would use them

I really don't like write bad reviews but feel it's worth it to share to be sure you ask if Shonda will be doing the work. I was moving in from out of state and booked for two hours for two people. I only wanted the bathroom and kitchen done. Shonda unfortunately was having health issues and sent her daughter (Paige) and her "boyfriend" to perform the work. An hour or so after they were scheduled to arrive my friend stopped by to see if they were doing okay. They had decided to take a lunch in the middle of the two hour shift, (really?) so they weren't even there

This team of cleaning professionals were great! Very detailed and my new house couldn't look any better. Was moving into a new house that seemed like it was never cleaned often and Shonda's team of cleaners may the house sparkling new! Totally recommend her team and will use in the future. Maid in Heaven did a wonderful job cleaning our house! First, they were very accommodating with scheduling a time. They were responsive to questions and concerns. But, mostly, they transformed our home. My jaw dropped when I walked in after their service. Here are some before and after pictures to show what great work they did!

When I first moved to Portland I hired Bill to do some handiwork around my new apartment. I needed help and fast , he was so consider it and made himself available on a Saturday for me. I wasn't sure exactly how much work I needed or how long it would take, but Bill was very understanding. What was thought to be a few hours of work turned out to be all Saturday. He was at my apartment from 10 AM till 8 at night. There were several times where I needed items from Home Depot and Ace Hardware store and he left and picked them all up for me. He is a phenomenal handyman.

I guess we are the spoiler here! We used them for a few months (weekly) and they did an adequete job. They didn't rock it out of the park by any means. That being said, on the morning they were supposed to show up, I get a text that they can no longer do our home as they are not making enough money! Really? When we started, we all agreed that we would re-visit the pricing if needed! They couldn't use a second email for billing. NOT HAPPY!

Shonda and her daughter have been cleaning our house for over 8 months now. She is pro-active, takes initiative and is thorough. Quality is outstanding and always on time. We are not always home so it is great to have somebody I fully trust in our home. I can fully recommend her - I have not seen that many hard working people and always with a smile.

I had my home cleaned by Maid In Heaven and they did a wonderful job. Shonda was on time, completed everything that needed to be done in the amount of time I was quoted and the rate was more than fair for the top quality cleaning she did. I'm a pretty cleanly person so I was very impressed by how clean she was able to get the hard to clean stuff like the stove top and bathroom shower. I was very pleased with the service, would hire them again to clean my place, and would recommend them to others.

Give these ladies a shot, you’ll never look for another maid service again! Shonda does an excellent job cleaning, but what inspired me most to write this testimonial is her personality. If you’re like me, you’re a little sensitive as to whom you allow into your home.
