Do not use. Does not service his work. Acted like he was doing me a favor to answer my calls after almost a year of reaching out. Tracked ash all over my light carpet when he finally did show up. Did not even clean the unit, said it would be 'much more expensive' to come back and clear out the spiders. Charged $200 to replace batteries. I learned from another vendor, Creative Fireplace, that the unit should be hard-wired rather than having it run on batteries, which he failed to mention. He also left a remote that was discontinued 8 years ago.
