The people at Raleigh air are very thorough, honest, and fairly priced. They are also great about squeezing me in when I’ve had any issues w my AC or heat. We had used another company for years a while back and realized they were not servicing and cleaning our units properly and were recommending expensive repairs we did not need. So thankful we found Raleigh Air. Would not even consider using anyone else.

Up front, don’t use this company. Don’t take the risk. In July, we requested service on a system they installed 4 yrs ago. Tech showed up and talked to his wife the whole time on the phone. He never offered to remove his shoes. He couldn’t figure out the issue and had to call the boss. He blamed me for ordering a Nest thermostat and said it was the reason my system went bad. I didn’t believe him but I spent $200 and changed it. I waited a few more days with no a/c for a part to be installed that they ordered incorrectly in the first place. Part was installed. All good. Fast forward four

This company is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about their products and customer service. I will continue to highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Their prices are great. I was quoted a price for replacing my HVAC system by another company. Raleigh Air beat the other price quoting less than half of my original quote. Being a senior citizen, I have to be very careful and I know Doug and his employees are going to take good care of me and my HVAC system, without taking advantage.
