Representative came out to give quote on furnace replacement. 1 and a half weeks went by , no quote. Called ,asked when can I expect a response? She started in on me , well, we only have one person to do the quote,bla,bla,bla, like I haven't been patient enough already! I asked if it takes this long to get quote, how long is it going to take to get furnace! She responded by saying if it wasn't fast enough then I should go somewhere else! At this point I hung up! Diffenetly do not recommend this company. How unprofessional can you get!

Had no heat from our gas furnace! Temps getting down into the 20's at night. Very thankful they were able to come out same day, even after hours. Dominick was polite, professional, took photos of the equipment issues, explained everything, did a quick and inexpensive repair, did a full maintenance check and gave us guidance for future repairs we may need in the next couple of years. I highly recommend them! A special thanks to Dominick!

After calling 2 other heating companies I actually had a real person answer the phone. Other companies didn’t bother to call back after two days. Good customer service,, hard to find. But then I received a surprise, they not only showed on time, but our technician was awesome and knowledgeable. Thanks Ty, hope I spelled it right.

Our furnace needed replacement. We also need to move it from the crawl space. Rim Country came out, looked at our situation and gave us several recommendations along with estimates. When it was time to do the work, they arrived on schedule, completed the work in a timely basis and were very considerate in keep the house clean as they worked. They were very professional in their work and in their courtesy to us. The furnace works fantastic and we are very pleased.

Bought our heating and AC units from them eleven years ago and this is the first time had to call them out. Their office people are wonderful and got someone out the first day. The service young man Dominick was great he was very professional fixed it quickly and had what he needed on the same call. I will always use Rim Country.

We have a service contract with Rim Country and it is well worth it. They service our heating and cooling systems twice a year. Also, if you have a after hours call out, you are charged the regular rate. We recently had a problem with our AC and they responded within an hour and had us up and running shortly after. They are polite, helpful and professional.

We called on a Thurs. and someone named Clayton came out Fri. he was very nice and knew his job was great doing business with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. They told us when we called someone would be out the next day after 2 and at 2 they called and said they'd be there in 15 minutes. he was here in less than 15 minutes Hurray for Clayton our furnace is back working right.
