Our A/C broke on one of those few 90 degree days we get in Pinetop. White Mountain dispatched James by late morning of the same day I called and he worked a very tricky electrical problem. I rarely write reviews on companies that perform services for me. White Mountain Installed a new Hvac system in our cabin in Heber this past week. It was a challenging job that because our cabin was not built with an Hvac system. Our Forman Joe and the members of his crew did an amazing job ! I cant say enough about Joe. His commitment to a job done right, communication skills & craftsmanship are a rare quality in this day & age. I say this as a General Contractor with over sub contractors. My husband called yesterday to schedule for someone to come out to check why our gas heater wasn’t working, and we were impressed that the scheduler said a tech could come out the next day. We were expecting several days at least. She said a tech would call to set up a time, and Peter called shortly after. I was impressed that he called back so quickly.

My furnace kept acting up and would stop working at all different times of the day and night. I called them for help but they were already really busy and said it might take a few days to be seen. Wyatt called the next morning and was able to come out and fix my issue that day. It was also done much less than I thought the repair would be. Very thankful as we sit in our warm house.

Having issues with our furnace, I called Peter to see when he could come out. Despite the intermittent nature of the issue, Peter apologized for not being able to come out immediately. That was not a problem for us. As promised, he arrived here to troubleshoot our furnace issue. I was having phone trouble, but Peter was tenacious about finding us. We live in Rural Concho now and not easy to find. Apparently, he drove up and down the connecting road a couple times until we finally met up. Our heating system went down just as a major snow storm arrived. Contacted White Mountain Heating and Cooling. Wyatt responded immediately, with six inches of snow on the roads, storm still adding six more. Thanksgiving weekend. Did all he could to try to get it working. Unfortunately, needed to order parts to complete repairs. Returned and made repairs quickly within a few days. Repair service call, and repair cost was extremely reasonable. Just wanted to give a shout-out for the AWSOME job and the outstanding service Peter has given me! Had some major issues with my furnace and limited time available for a service call, and he made it happen both times! I decided to get rid of the junker since the same mechanical issues kept happening, (no fault of Peter's) and had a new one installed today. Peter made sure the new furnace had a great track record, and after researching it myself it ranked very high. Excellent service! Total pro. We called after being totally blown off by another company. Pete was gracious and kind, he was booked for the day but squeezed us in as a last stop. This was above and beyond! He worked late to help us get the heat back on. Efficient and effective and without any upsell/sales pitch. Very happy and grateful. Highly recommend.

Just got stood up with no call after scheduled appointment a week ago. Wish didn't have to give them any stars. In all fairness to them I called fifteen minutes after they were supposed to be here (4:00) Peter said he was in Holbrook which is an hour away with two more stops before he could be to our house No estimated time. I told him to forget it as we planned our day around him at four. I could have waited if he didn't have two more stops

Bought a house and the owner had WMHC do some work, and we had asked to have a damper installed because we didn't see one. Peter at WM said there was already one there. We never could find it. We asked Peter to please come out and show us where it's at. He never came over and acted put out that I even asked him. We won't be using White Mountain for anything, they were not very honest with us.

Pete was a pleasure and I appreciate his knowledge and "can-do" attitude. He came out the next day as scheduled and called me before arriving.
