Thank you to Mountain Comfort servicing an HVAC on one of our offices located in Snowflake. We received great communication regarding the repair and fair pricing. Cathy in the office is a total delight to talk to! I would definitely recommend this company. Recently you scheduled a repair service call for a Goodman Gas Pack combination furnace/air conditioner at my cabin in the Heber/Overgaard area.
Your technician employee Tom Attakai responded to the service call. He was on time, well groomed, very courteous and was more than qualified for the task at hand. He quickly identified the issue as a bad furnace blower motor, got in touch with the motor supplier, ordered the motor from the Phoenix area on a priority shipment basis and successfully installed it the next day without the necessity of me being there.

Can't review cause I never heard back. Was in the 30s outside for the low and I had a fever. Called to have my non-working heater looked at. Was told someone was placed on the call. Never heard back. I know it was almost 1630 on a Friday but a call back would have been nice. I'm glad it wasn't colder or this review would have been alot angrier and more verbose.

I can't give 0 stars but I would if I could. Same day service was nice but charged $85 for wrong advice. Technician said control panel was bad and wanted to charge me $850, parts and 3 hours of labor, to replace the panel. I declined and replaced the panel myself in 15 minutes. Turns out panel was fine but duel fuel system was programmed wrong. Sending back new panel today for a refund from online company. I would never recommend this company for anything as you are more likely to get scammed than to have your HVAC system fixed.

Wonderful service. Cathy in the office listened to my concerns about a cold front over the weekend and Tom came out the same day to find the main duct had disconnected from our furnace. Price was more than reasonable and as quoted. My husband is very grateful as he was out of town and now he doesn't have to worry about me freezing!

Two stars because they did make it out to look at my furnace same day. I didn't even have to be home. Also, they were nice enough, not rude at all. But they didn't fix it at all and still charged me full price for the 'service' call. All he did was go ahead and relight the pilot light and figure that maybe there was too much snow around my vent? It's a 40 year old furnace and do not rely upon the fresh air intake that modern furnaces do. I could tell that by the huge draft of air when I tried to relight my pilot. When I talked to the tech on the phone to relay my thoughts and symptoms, he was adamant

Would have given better review had they contacted us as promised to do a quote. We stopped by their office and filled out a form with our information. We were told the man who provides quotes was out of office but he would contact us the next day. So it is 3 + weeks later and never a call. Needless to say we went with another company. 2 stars are for the nice lady we saw in the office.

This company came out to preform a routine heater check up today. The unit was running and function and require no service. When we called we were told that the maintenance check up would cost $75 dollars. When presented with our bill there was a $35 trip charge. We are 15 miles from the company and were not told anything about a trip charge when booking our appointment. The technician was thorough and polite, however, an additional $35 makes me question their financial transparency. I should have gone with a different company, most do not charge a $110 just to check wires and heating elements
