Sam Shamasee quoted a new furnace on Friday morning via text message and pictures. He came over in the afternoon to physically review replacing my furnace and honored his quote that he submitted earlier in the morning. He and Niles came out the very next morning, on time, and installed the new furnace. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and organized. I would highly recommend hiring Sam for his calm and cool demeanor and High Comfort for their products and services. We're extremely pleased with the new furnace and happy that we have heat!

Sam was great. He was honest with us when quoting, telling us what we needed and didn’t. He even fixed a leak from the old a/c unit. We needed our old furnace and a/c unit replaced. Sam arrived on time and worked all day to complete our job. He and his partner were professional, courteous and reliable. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving the site spotless. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I called quite a few companies for our broken a/c(in 90 degree heat) and Sam was the only one able to come out. I liked that he had incredible reviews and once he was out, I understood why. He was within the time he said he would be, he was quick and efficient and got my a/c back on quickly. I felt the price was very reasonable and I will certainly be calling him again(although I hope not anytime soon!)

My AC broke during a heat wave (as they usually do...) and it needed new blower wheel and motor. Another company told me they needed 2-3 days to acquire the parts. I contacted Sam from High Comfort around the end of the day and he got the parts next morning and installed them same day, even though he had a full schedule. Afterwards there was a slight issue with the wiring of the thermostat with the new parts, but Sam was very responsive and came back to fix the issue (took a couple of minutes). I'll definitely be using their services again!

When our AC died during a recent heat wave, Sam was the only one I contacted who was able to come out the same day. He suggested a quick fix to get it up and running again, but due to the age of the unit, we decided to go ahead and order a new replacement unit as well. There was never any pressure sales techniques, and Sam even offered to refund the cost of the repairs to keep us going until the new unit arrived. On the morning after a big snowstorm and a cold night with no heat coming from one of our furnaces (5-7 inches, 10-14 degrees outside!), I called High Comfort at 9am and they were kindly able to get me scheduled for a service call between 3-5pm later in the day. Sam did a phenomenal job! He literally installed an entire new Bryant HVAC system. The old HVAC had been here since the house was built in 1976. He installed new ducting, repaired old ducting that was loose, installed a de-humidifier, installed a new PVC line from my water heater to the humidifier. Installed a new line to the A/C unit outside. I couldnt be anymore pleased. Would definitely refer him and the company. I even had Amistee, Novi come to clean the ducts and that was highly beneficial as well. Great work!

Sam was very professional. My furnace was very old and needed to be changed, he explained everything very well, arrived on time, wear shoe coverings and face mask all the time, protected the floors and clean the work area very well afterwards, my furnace is now up and running.
