Had repairs done before purchasing my home, within 4 months we started seeing cracks in our walls our floors uneven whole backside of our house is pretty much sloping down. We thought we were going to be taken care by the transferable warranty. Guy came out and could barely communicate with me just to tell me it’s void and we need gutters and dirt. I don’t why the perimeter beams weren’t taken care of, why didn’t they address the slope and dirt when they did the repairs and communicate drainage issues that would cause problems in the repair report before we purchased the house.
