We weren't greeted professionally and the place reaked of cigarettes. The SUV was priced $6k over book and when we tried to negotiate he said that's how much he needed for it because he paid too much for it. He told us we could finance 130% of the value and when we asked if there was any wiggle room, he said no and that it could just stay in his $3 million inventory. Dean was absolutely horrible. We would never recommend this place!!

I bought a vehicle from them within 2 days it broke down. We took it back to have them look at the vehicle. Got it back then something else went wrong. After 3 months Finally got it back and still has issues. Leaking oil which they were suppose to fix the first time.. I will never purchase from them again. I would not refer them to anyone! They do not care about their customers. Care about you until you purchase vehicle.

Bought a rare sports car from these folks. Had an issue with the vehicle prior to shipping which the staff and owner took very seriously and fixed. Once this issue was fixed, they disclosed a related electrical system problem. I was pretty upset at the time but Dax and the team went to work, jumping through hoops to get me my car, then went above and beyond by standing by the sale to work through this other issue. I am thoroughly perplexed at any negative reviews on here for service. My experience was world class and professional and not once did I have to get nasty. Props to Dax, Frank and the

Looking for a car can be a huge challenge. I found a Volkswagen Jetta at Dax Deals, and they made process smooth as possible!! Sam was very helpful, and was ready the day I came in. AJ handled the paperwork, and provided all my options. Dax listened to my concerns and addressed them without hesitation!!!

I must say , a truly laughable experience with this dealership. Went to see a vehicle they had on line. Got to the dealership to test drive the car. Started the test drive, I smelled burning oil. Stopped at a parking lot to see where the burning oil smell was coming from, looked in the engine compartment, saw where the car engine was recently washed down. That sent up lots of red flags. In addition the interior was trash in this luxury car. Took the car back, and pretended to enjoy the car. Told them that I was going home to get the check for the car. I made sure that I didn't go back!! Fool

Overall I had a great experience with this dealership. The staff members were very helpful. I appreciate Andre and AJ for making this purchase a breeze. I'd give them 5 stars if the vehicle I had purchased didnt need so much costly repairs and have a strong cigarette odor. Otherwise, the service was outstanding. Will consider coming back to this dealership again. They have nice high end cars.
