When dropping off car for service they give you a time they say will call and give a message and dont. Dont answer messages. I get it car repairs take time but at least keep customer informed. FOLLOW UP after receiving a call from corporate office next visit for oil change went much smoother. Doubled stars will take another visit or two to see if things have really improved

They have had my car for an entire week and had yet to look at it… when they finally did, it was going to cost $2500 for a water pump, chains and whipper motor!? Tf it does!!! They weren’t even sure it would be done by Christmas Eve… did I mention it had been there a week already?! He even told me that they had cars there for a month they haven’t worked on yet. Called Crown Ford in Fayetteville, no problem getting an appt for a recall issue, and their service dept wasn’t backed up at all. Will never buy a vehicle from this place. PERIOD

Nightmare repair shop experience. Our car was towed here after a breakdown. First was told it would be a quick fix --- Now they have had it for over two weeks with zero updates, we have to call every single day and we are constantly told they will call us back with an update 'before the end of the day' and never have once.

Disappointed, took me a month to get my truck in the service department. Then the department can’t get a part for at least, what they’re saying, 2 months or more. Could be sooner than later. They called me and told me my vehicle was fixed minus a part, manifold, but still drivable until it Comes in. Well, my truck is still up the creek without a paddle. It’s not working properly. So long story short, I’m extremely disappointed with the service. This is the second time within the last 9 months that my truck was not fixed with this dealership, way below any standard. Great service department! The staff and service manager appear to be concerned for your convenience and time. I can count on them to service my vehicles quickly and efficiently. Recent incident with my F150 truck's air condition went out late afternoon on Saturday, took truck in early Monday morning. They found issue, tracked down the part needed from another dealer and had my truck ready that same afternoon. Crossroads Ford is fortunate to have a great staff and service manager. My aunts car has been there over a month. Had factory recall on air bags and a brake part.drove the car there with good brakes still haven’t fixed it yet and now she had to pay 150$ to bleed brake system. Now being a factory recall Ford is responsible. If i wanted a Ford I’d go somewhere else to get one !!!!!!😡😡#haveudrvnafordlately!!!!#nope!!!!

Took my truck in for a diagnostic test before a long trip to out of state. Told me I needed an alternator and a new tire. Paid over 700$ bucks for a alternator and 150$ for the diagnostic test. 2 days later on my trip out of town the truck died on my and continued to die on my while in Ohio. Took it to Ford there and said the alternator was fine. Said I needed an instrument cluster. Paid 1500$ for that and my truck still continued to died. When I got it back to NC and took it to a LOCAL mechanic he fixed it within a day. When The sold called mechanics at Ford put the new alternator on they unplugged

Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from since they are unable to work on them to keep them running. We waited two weeks for a appointment to have our truck repaired. After waiting two hour I was informed it would be 3-4 more hours before they looked at our truck, if not longer. After that I was informed that they don't really have… appointments. Then I was told they were suppose to cancel my appointment (the ones they don't have) because they were behind and only have one diesel tech, but they forgot to call me. If you are a working person that depends on your vehicle I suggest trying
