Tyler Patrick and Jay from finance were the biggest help in purchasing a vehicle today. We live two hours away and were set on a vehicle here. We had such an amazing experience! I just bought a 2017 Ford Edge and it is the nicest car I have had. I got great customer service from Beth Henshaw. She made the experience so stress free and fun! She even stayed after they were closed to make sure I got into the car! I have bought many cars from the dealerships around town but never had such an amazing experience as I did at Volkswagen!

I had a great experience at VW of Marion. The best salesman ever was Payton Gunter! Mr. Gunter did such a great job helping me find the best vehicle to fit my needs. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he showed me. I am very happy with the options he provided me. The manager and finance team were great as well. I have had my car serviced there for the past 3 years and love it even more than the dealership I originally purchased my car at in Ann Arbor. Brian from servicing is always THE NICEST person to interact with on phone or in person. The service people and mechanics from the garage have been nothing but polite and the sales people have never been pushy at all which is extremely refreshing.... even when I was trying to push Ryan to get a VW also! If this is ever not the closest dealership for me to go to I'll miss the excellent service team and Brian the always cheery face of the dealership.
