I was very worried when I made my appointment because I was having road noise and "bumping" tires. I knew my tire warranty was over and thought that I would be buying a new set of tires. The service manager, WAYNE FORTNER, very quickly diagnosed the problem, had my tires rotated, and test drove my car to make sure the problem was fixed. I'm very glad I always take my car to IKE HONDA. If I would have taken it somewhere else, I probably would have paid for a new set of tires. Thanks, IKE HONDA and WAYNE.

Ike Honda is the best place to go. The experience is made easy for the customer. I called yesterday morning to get oil change and tire rotation. Missy Felty got me in that afternoon. The guy in the service department is friendly and always helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Ike Honda for the best customer service.

Only reason for not getting a 1 was the services receptionist was very easy to get ahold of and easy to schedule with. Dropped my car off for a 10:30 appointment to have oil changed and tires rotated. I was told it would be done in hour to hour and half. I’ve been waiting 3 hours and counting now. Extremely disappointed in this experience. I could understand the longer wait if I didn’t schedule an appointment but 3 hours and no communication is ridiculous. Making it very difficult to ever see myself bringing my car back here for service.

I broke down just south of Marion on a road trip from Texas to Ontario after seeing two mechanics previously who failed to diagnose the root cause of the problem (blown head gasket). Kenny and the team quickly root caused the issue and got my car back on the road quickly considering how much labor it took. They are also pet friendly, so it was no problem for them that I had my dog with me. I am back home now and the repairs and still holding out, thank you IKE Honda for saving my road trip!

Update: after speaking to the co-owner I was able to purchase the car but they would only agree to split the cost of the warranty. They should have done the right thing and honored the original agreement. For the effort I have updated my review as you have just seen plus given them 3 stars instead of one.

Bought a car here.
The people are very nice. The facilities are clean and efficient. The didn't have a huge stock, but they had what I wanted. I went there twice before I bought.
The still sell cars the old fashioned stereotype way. They start high and go away to the manager and back. I almost left because of this. But they had a car I wanted. And I can play that game too.
In the end we reached a deal and i was pleased with how the handled it from then on.

Ike Honda is the only Honda dealership in lower southern Illinois that I am aware of, which is very unfortunate for anyone in this area who doesn't want to drive 2-3 hours to buy a Honda. I believe these bait and switch scammers are fully aware of this and have set up shop right off of Route 13 across from the airport. There they lie in wait (with bait and switch breath) I mean bated breath for the next sheep ready to be fleeced! They advertise on their own website a lower, more enticing price for their vehicles, and when you get there they immediately try to shoehorn you into a higher price
