The winter weather that hit my area in mid-February dropped about 8" of snow on my town. My sedan is excellent in bad weather, but this amount of snow was just too much!
I reached out to Jeff Cain at Watermark Used Cars about an SUV. I'd found one online and sent him the info on a Tuesday. Because of the weather, the store where the car was located was closed, but he told me he'd check the next morning, first thing, to see if it was still available.
The next morning he let me know he was on his way to the office with the vehicle! He made it so easy for me to get to the office and get the purchase

This is honestly the best experience we've ever had buying a car. Eddie was so laid back and didn't try to coerce or pressure us in any way. And Jeff was very knowledgeable and kind and listened to all our concerns. They were just genuinely nice guys. We got a fantastic car at a great price with a low interest rate. There were a couple of minor issues with the car and they took care of them the same day! We're incredibly thankful to have found this place. Highest recommendation from us!
