I bought a Regency wood burning insert from Larry maybe 2 years ago. Priced it around and he was a little better than the next guy and could install it sooner. Install was great, but I quickly realized that the unit came with a defective damper (Self-contained unit, so not an install issue). Larry replaced the entire unit on warranty and had the new one installed with no cost or issue. About a year later the blower motor for the unit went, and again - Larry resolved my issue with no headache at all. Highly recommend. Regency units, I can't really say - maybe I just had bad luck. Thanks Larry!

I want to thank the folks at New England Hearth and Home, especially Justin Goodwin (technician) for the wonderful service and repair completed on my gas fireplace. My initial call to NE Hearth & Home was to schedule a visit to the store because I thought I needed to replace my aged gas fireplace unit with a new one......my fireplace insert is over 15 years old. Larry at NEHH and Justin, the installer, are the best. I have had 4 gas inserts purchased and installed over the last two years. I found their prices to be very competitive, their product knowledge to be excellent and the installation services were very professional. The installation required reworking of the bricks to accommodate the units, which was done easily by Justin. Lastly, when I had a service issue a year after the installation, it was taken care of quickly and covered by the warranty. I happily recommend New England Home and Hearth

Today New England Hearth and Home installed a new fireplace enclosure I our home. Justin, who does most of the service and install work, did a wonderful job, clean and quick and perfecto,y executed. When he left the only evidence that he was here was our beautiful new enclosure.

Great service and product selection with Larry at New England Hearth and Home! He helped me pick out a gas stove fireplace - and actually told me not to buy the more expensive model which I felt was really genuine. Plus, we got a great rec for a plumber to run our gas line (I got 4 quotes and Larry's guy came out at the best price). We went to a few other showrooms before purchasing our stove, but everywhere else felt really salesy and pushy. Friendly, dependable and fast service. Highly rec!
