I had the A and P Septic team out for a routine tank cleaning . Once they opened the tank, they found my pump wasn’t working . I had no idea . So on a Friday late afternoon the owner , DJ Pack personally brought me a new pump and they installed it . Their service is impeccable, I highly recommended using A and P Septic .

I had the worst experience with them. They took over a year after being paid in full to get the job done. This is after I called continuously to find out when they'd be working on my home. The city was requiring that my whole street convert from septic to sewer. I stated getting notices that I had only so long to convert. I finally called the BBB on them which finally got them to work on my house. I knew my yard would be torn up, but they didn't bother to tell me what parts of the landscaping would be affected. I assumed the landscaping would be affected, but I thought they might advise
