Having your septic tank cleaned on a regular basis is essential for maintaining your septic system. Professional septic tank cleaning is the only way to remove sludge and greases before they can harm your secondary filter. The average household septic system should be serviced at least every 2 years by a licensed septic service professional.
Our Operation & Maintenance Plans keep your system working efficiently and in compliance with local regulations. Bio-kinetic filters need service every 6 months, up-flow filters are serviced as needed. Some newer septic systems have an effluent filter in the baffle tee that also need periodic maintenance.
There are many variations in today's household sewage treatment systems. The evaluation of a residential system is a very specialized process that most general home inspectors do not always understand. The new residential systems are very complex; experience and training is necessary to accurately evaluate your home septic system.
If you have a home aeration system special care is needed. It is important that your aerator is doing its job. Aeration systems, with electrical float switches, pumps, or mechanical components, should be inspected and serviced every 6 months. We are the only septic service provider in Northeast Ohio to have our own independent aerator repair shop.
We install sump pumps of any size from the standard model to sump pumps capable of pumping large volumes of water great distances. We carry the most reliable, low maintenance sump pumps available. All our technicians are trained to replace sump pumps and most sump pump installations can be done at the same time as the septic tank cleaning.

I called because my septic pump had stopped working. They sent John to do the job. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout. I had a few questions about other possible services I might need. He gave me good information to help me decide which way I should go with my other septic issues.

Supeck came out to do service call, this is my 1st call in new home, the old owner used another company. We went with supeck because the neighbors use them also. Technician came out and said my aerator had a small splice on the wire and would take it in to repair. I asked if it is ok to not have it running while the repair was being done he said yes. I get a call that my aerator is really old and it’s not worth fixing, estimated cost to fix $400, my fault for even assuming that fixing a wire was apart of my service call, and I would be better off buying a new one for $800, I quickly declined

After finding an issue with our septic tank I decided to choose Supeck. I couldn't be happier. I am very pleased with Supeck. I probably shouldn't write this but they were able to clean out my tank the same day I called. Talked to a woman who's name I didn't get and she said they had a appointment move to August and could get me in today. My lucky day! How many places would do that! Tim was the 3rd generation son and he was very smart and knowledgeable. If you have any doubts on who to choose for your septic service, rest assured that Supeck is the right choice. They have earned my respect!
