I reached out to Brenner's through their contact us page on their website and they emailed me back within a day with their pricing and I was able to schedule a septic cleaning through email, which was very convenient. They showed up right on time and were very professional and friendly. I asked them questions and they talked to me like we were friends. They were quick and did an fantastic job at a fair price. Would highly recommend!

Called several places and nobody could come till next day at earliest. Septic backing up in basement, rainy for the last few days, lots of leach beds saturated. But mine wasn’t a leach bed issue, just full tanks! Brenner’s was able to determine it was an emergency. And came out that afternoon. My wife greatly appreciated it! Did a great job and very friendly. Already put on my calendar to get Brenner the next time! Highly recommended!

Excellent business to deal with. After purchasing a home near Millersburg, the county cited us for numerous issues with the old septic system. I called several other septic repair places, a couple of which gave me days and times for an estimate and they never showed. After calling one last repair guy north of Wooster, he explained that he didn't do repairs in Holmes county but he highly recommended Brenner's. Thank God he did! Kim was very knowledgeable and gave me prices over the phone when I called. The price was fair, and the work was excellent and done quickly. Don't waste your time calling
