Services
Originated in the 1960s, and continues to be owned and operated by the same family. Growing up in the waste water business gives us a tremendous advantage over start up company's or a company that's under new management. The family at All Town and Country Septic Tank Service has the most experience!
Your septic tank is an underground chamber made of concrete, fiberglass, or plastic through which domestic sewage flows for treatment. The settling and anaerobic processes reduce solids and organics. Septic tank systems are a type of waste water facility. They can be used in areas that are not connected to a sewerage system, such as rural areas.
Answer: Septic systems vary in size and design. Generally septic tanks need to be pumped every 2 to 3 years. If you have a service provider who takes care of your system under contract, only pump the system when it's recommended by your technician. It is possible to pump some systems too often. Question: I just pumped my septic system less than a year ago, but my service provider is recommending we pump the tank.
Our experience and skilled operators will excavate trenching for sewer lines, place new septic tanks and get everything connected and working. Homeowners living in Northeast Ohio without centralized water treatment must obtain and install a system for containing and treating sewage. These waste water proceedures protects our ground water supply from contamination.
Maintenance is the key in the effective operation of a Wastewater Treatment Plant. Keeping the facility maintained and functioning properly will help the protection of the environment and save money by preventing costly repairs and fines. All Town and Country Septic has the experiance to provide pumping, cleaning and proper disposal of any waste generated by your Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Our new system was disrupted by Lockhart construction running a water line in front of our house. They pinched the line going to the road and made our tank back up. Chase came to our house quickly and didn't leave until the problem was fixed. All town and country is the best!!

Septic pump kept tripping the breaker. Called the day before the 4th of July holiday weekend. They were able to come out the same day within hours of the call. Bobby was very pleasant and professional, identified the issue right away, installed a new power outlet, cut out a bad section of wire, cleaned out some debris from the pump tank, and made sure everything was good to go in under an hour. Very reasonably priced service too!

Preface: I’m a semi-new, first time home owner with a septic system on the property that needed pumped.
At the recommendation of a coworker, I had these guys pump it. Seriously great customer service and I can’t recommend them enough!!
Daniel who pumped the system was great and answered any questions I had. Afterward, I had more questions as I was refilling it with water, and Tyler at the office was quick to pick up the phone with kind and courteous answers.
Definitely a professional experience all around 10/10.

Started off the day with an emergency septic backup. With one call to All Town, they had a representative out at 2:15 PM on a 2-4 PM window. From phone to service, everyone was extremely polite. Cost was very reasonable as well. They are even having a representative come out late for a main line backup. They've earned a lifetime customer here!
