Professional, to the point and a blessing! Was in need of an emergency pump out.
After calling a local business out of Lagrange and stressing the need for an emergency pump out. They gladly stated tomorrow morning and that the driver would call me before arrival. Thinking my problems were solved and them understanding that this was not a normal routine pump out I would have prompt service because they sounded like they cared.
Well after waiting several hours the next day the business out of Lagrange never showed. I called them in the afternoon and was slapped in the face by a response “We can’t

I'll echo what many others say and share that all of my experiences with this company have been top notch. I've talked with both Chuck and Adam and they've shared honest advice on a topic I know next to nothing about - my septic system. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. Not only did Chuck get his team to my place to empty the septic in a quick and professional manner, he personally helped me to find a low cost alternative to some issues I was having with septic tank that his team doesn’t do. I was quoted a ludicrous price by a popular septic/plumbing company and Chuck took it upon himself to get me the help I needed at a fair price. He made me comfortable and was very dad like. I wish every business had a Chuck.

Truly a class act, Chuck went above and beyond what I could of expected when I called. He walked me step by step on what to do to figure out my problem with my tank backing up. He didn’t make a dime off me and called me several times to see where I was in the process. This will be the only company I use or recommend to anyone in the future.

I randomly chose to call Sanitary Septic Tank Cleaning based on the good reviews I read online. I had a clog in my septic line and everything was backing up onto my basement floor. I called first thing Monday morning in hopes of getting service the same day. Chuck answered and listened to me explain the issue. He followed along and asked questions throughout. He then explained to me what he believed the problem was and gave me options.
He actually explained to me over the phone how my dad and I could troubleshoot the problem ourselves, since we had already started working on it and appeared handy

Made an appointment for a Saturday well in advance. They canceled the appointment on the day set up up after the time they were supposed to arrive. They rescheduled. The next Saturday they did not show at the time set up. Called the office and person answering phone has no idea any appointments are scheduled and what to do about it.
The serviceman called and tried to resolve but did give an apology for any of the mix-ups. Told them not to bother.
