Wright septic did an inspection of my septic system for the sale of my home. They were very professional and I am very happy with both Steve and Bob. They were on time and they coordinated the septic pump with the inspection with no time delay.
I did not do a price comparison but their price was below what my agent said to expect.
As for the review that said they did not open the tank to inspect. They opened mine and performed a flow test and visual inspection.

This company was hired to do a septic certification for my new home purchase.Less then a year later my seepage pit is completely clogged. When we purchased the home there was no signs of digging where we later found out the septic was located.How could they possibly of done an inspection with flowers over that area when we purchase?We called them and they say they are not responsible. So I'm stuck with a 15k bill on something they didn't even inspect. Beware

My septic system is 45 years old and I knew that decrepit orangeburg pipes were part of the system. Dave Thornton of Wright septic came out and gave a thorough evaluation presenting me with a very fair and reasonable price to accomplish the work. He is honest, responsible, and professional. He listened carefully to my concerns, addressing each one of them including concern about a porch "footer" which was right in the pathway of where work needed to occur. Lowest price to get septic tank pumped. Price for Redlands is $285 for the first 1000 gallons. $.25/gallon there after.
I requested a quote on Yelp and Lori was clear and direct about pricing and what needs to be done before they arrive to pump the tank. I called on two separate occasions and she was able to help me and answer all my questions. She was able to squeeze me an appointment in two days.
The guy came on time(within the given 2 hour time frame) and did the job in less than 20 minutes.

Worst service EVER!!!!! They RUINED my yard!!! I get that you have a job to do but you should be EMBARRASSED of your work! We work in construction and I would FIRE anyone that did such HORRIBLE work!! Not only horrible work but horrible attitudes of employees from the lady answering the phone to the "manager" who decided to be disgusting and yell and tell us he would just put a Lien on our house. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY CARES!!

Wright Septic does excellent work and is fast and reliable. Christi will take your call and explain everything intelligently and pleasantly. David Thornton is the outstanding foreman - he really knows septic systems, and his son also works there and does excellent work. Be sure to ask if there is a fee for them coming out to you. I called on them two days after they were here to pump my tank and turns out they couldn't help me. That was fine since we Noh knew there was a chance of that going in.
I was charged $135.
Ivan came out, assessed, told me he couldn't help me with our cesspit , gave me some tips on what I could do on my own and left. I didn't have a competitor come do the same for $50 because I couldn't afford it if he wasn't doing any work.

I hired them to do a septic tank pump and certification for a house I was selling. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and provided me with a written estimate for replacement (the tank was damaged). They even left the area open so I could get competing bids if I wanted. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend them.

My client used Wright Septic to pump, inspect and dump the tank for a real estate sale. The tank was located a long distance from the truck however they had enough hose to make it happen. They were able to locate the tank using an electronic device. Bob and Steve were the employees doing the work. They were humorous, straight forward and knowledgeable. They got the job done and we learned a few things about septic tanks along the way. Would use again. Thank you.

The the last ten years I have been using Wright Septic to pump my septic tank. Now that I was selling my house the buyer wanted the septic system inspected along with the certification. So of course, I called Wright septic and they came right out. But what I didn't know was there was a crack that had formed in my septic tank. Ugh with all the stress of selling a house you could imagine the frustration. But not with Wright Septic the drivers were great and on time . The office staff (Lori ) was amazing keeping me informed and walked me through the whole process of getting a new septic tank

Well they did tell me the cost went up, so I should of been more cautious.
I will be checking out other companies-$85.00/ hour on top of the extraction fee--seems very high$$- then anything above a 1000 gal tank is another cost $$. Not a problem our tank is not that large. But the person extracted more than our tank holds.??????
The company's representative on the phone was very nice, and did inform me of the increase, they do run on time or the appointment.

Wrote a review last year. Sold the house now and realtors had these guys come do the septic rank certification. Got the invoice and they charged me for 2 guys to come dig for the tank. Their policy is 85 an hour with 1 hour minimum. What it should say is "one hour minimum for each guy we send out." One guy could have dug this up easily. My advice is to dig for the tank yourself or clarify how many people they'll be sending out.

The problem started when they showed up he"steven" backed up into our chain link fence knocked the post just about completely over.
Did what they had to do drove away with not so much as a can we replace it for you or money back or discount, just nothing, they pretended like it was okay to do and that it never happened as soon as we investigated further there was significant damage I would highly avoid dealing with Wright septic it's been 2 days they haven't tried to call, I've sent pics of the damage done thru emails. I've made repeated phone calls that go unanswered

I called Wright Septic to come give me an estimate to have a line repaired and install two 24" risers in my septic tank. They showed up the same day and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate. A few weeks later I scheduled them to come out, and they arrived right on time with a semi truck loaded with all the heavily machinery needed to do the job.
