Horrible experience, uncovered my tanks myself and was called by tech saying truck broke down. Thats okay trucks break down. we agreed to 9am the next day. At 9:40 I called the no show tech and he says he's in Ontario (im in Temecula) and doesn't know when he can be here. He then changed the quoted price from $275.00 to $350.00. Bait and switch and no show. They dont care about my time. I have cancelled their service and will find another company before my grass dies from being covered with the soil from the lids. Everyone can have a bad day but get your **** together.

Juan came same day. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. We had a septic back up. He came, pumped. Juan even made sure that everything was running right, unclogged a portion of a pipe. He helped us understand a few important things we didn't know. All at a reasonable charge.

Juan, what a great guy! I had a septic emergency on a Sunday of all days and I called expecting an answering service but was surprised to hear someone answer the phone. I explained my situation and he was out to my property in 1 hr, was impressed with Juan's setup, he pumped my tank and said my problem was that "sludge" had contaminated a couple of my leach lines. He asked when the last time my Septic was pumped and I told him 9 yrs ago.............he said "What?" 9yrs ago? He said I should have the tank pumped every 3 yrs.............I didn't know......great price with great service..........

We are definitely pleased with the work Juan from Honey Doo did for us. He was honest and took the time to explain to us what needed to be done with our septic tank. We've lived at this property for 9 years and never knew some of the details he explained to us about the tank itself. We are appreciative for his patience and thorough job. Thanks again .
