Our first time purchasing a house and this house has a septic system.
Requested a septic inspection and they fit us in as soon as possible. Whole thing was smooth and painless from communication to filling out the paperwork via email. Smooth and easy.
Our house actually had a specialty unit and grinder system. They knew exactly what it was and explained it all to us. Greg and son and team are fantastic. Would definitely recommend

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I called Greg who did not answer, but instead messaged me and asked me questions regarding my septic and to send a picture. I did everything he requested said it would be $350 and would be there within the hour. I stayed home and waited. What I did not know was that my home had never been pumped as my understanding was that it was abandoned for almost 3 years before I moved in. Greg sent his son who told me the work would cost more as it was hard to get through to pump I told him sure no problem I would pay the

What a great experience using Gardner Septic Service. Greg was easy to deal with and his driver (Alex) was super courteous while on site.
Greg was able to schedule the pump the same day I called (Monday) which was huge, since we were basically out of service for the entire weekend as we discovered our septic tank was full on Saturday morning.
The price was competitive but you must factor in what you get for what you pay.
That being said, I will use Gardner Septic Service when it's time to pump again.
If you need this type of service, you can't go wrong using this company.

I spoke with owner at Gardner Septic regarding questions on a property I am buying that is on septic. I wanted to confirm the findings of the company the seller had chosen to certify the septic tanks as a condition of the sale. I recently started having plumbing issues and naivity told me maybe it was related to my septic tank. Google told me I was well overdue for service, so I called and messaged local company#1, waited a week and no response, called local #2, waited a week and nothing. I found Gardner's on Monday called and got a human! I talked to Greg, who answered my basic questions, explained the plumbing issues were not related, but service was due. We set an appointment for 12:00 on Wednesday. Only 2 days away- NICE!

Greg Gardner is the owner and licensed contractor of this company whom I hired to pump my septic tank. He returned my message on Yelp within a few minutes. He gave me a number to contact him directly for scheduling and fit me in within two days. He texted me the morning of the appointment and called an hour before coming. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would be there. He and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently. He was polite and gave me several good suggestions to improve access to my system. Our septic started back flowing on Sunday night and Gardner Septic showed up at 7:30 Monday morning... great, timely service! We have a super steep driveway and they never have any problems getting in or out... I'm seriously impressed that they can so easily back up my driveway.
Now we're all ready for Thanksgiving with a nice empty tank. Thank you Gardner Septic!
