I'm very happy with the service that these guys did with my septic tank. Water was coming out of my tub and toilet flooded my whole bathroom. I highly recommend West End Pumping for any septic related issue, these guys are professional in their job and in dealing with their customers. I hired West End Pumping for pumping my septic and run inspection camera to make sure the piping has no issues also install rises. Polo came for the job and walk me through the services that he can offer me with the prices. Polo took his time to do the job and was thorough, he didnt mind me interrupting him while he was working and he will stop what he is doing and answer my questions. Long version: I moved into my house about 3 years ago and had no information know the septic tank. Called several companies for pricing of locating the tank, digging out the lids, pumping the tank and installing risers. I received quotes of way over $1,000. I called West End Pumping and they said they would come by to look at my yard and give me a quote. They were much less than all other quotes.
