Attic Elite

We hired Attic Elite for the services of insulation replacement, attic cleaning and rodent proofing. Their attic cleaning service was not done properly and they had to send technician multiple times to remove left over rodent droppings. The technician relied on us finding the left over droppings and would not proactively check other areas that are not cleaned properly. Same attitude was shown towards rodent proofing where we had to find the holes that were not sealed the first time and provide proofs of video clips before they would send technician to fix that hole. Very happy with the team that took care of My Elite clean up and re-insulation project. Team arrived on time and immediately got to work by setting up plastic wrap to keep my home clean. Total job was done quickly and efficiently, with them showing me the Elite through the process. I have noticed a big difference in my home's interior temperature since then. They even replaced my kitchen hood's ductwork as it needed replacing. Overall great service and project was completed as discussed. I will definitely be reffering family and friends to Attic Elite!!

Our family home went through a remodel. It was best to replace the insulation in the Elite and seal up any open access points. We hired Elite to remove the old insulation and debris & reinstall new insulation after the electrical wiring was finished. Best $ spent and my contractors appreciated the clean space to work in. We installed Elite fans at their suggestion & now have a cooler home & garage!

We had 3 small ceiling ventilation fans fitted to replace 3 15 yr old inefficient fans. Thay fitted was punctual, polite and efficient. No mess, no hassle! The ventilation in bathroom and en-suite is now much improved (no windows in both rooms). All 3 fans are quiet, even when on booster. I know the condensation has been reduced, as the small humidifier in bathroom now collects less water. We are very pleased with the service given. Thanks to all concerned

I scheduled between 10-12. Milo came by and did the presentation.
Called me 1/2 hour before showing up between the agreed upon time frame which I appreciated. Did a thorough review of my attics (two separate attics). Gave me recommendations on how to avoid future mice infestations. Thoroughly answered all of my questions in a nice personable manner. He provided not only information on the current state of my attic but also sent me pictures. I appreciated that! Their prices are reasonable.

Their quote is fair, but when I requested a formal estimation document, I just never heard from them again. I believe a formal estimation describing the products/services and terms/conditions is not too much to ask for right?

Milo and his team were great to work with did the job quickly, efficiently, left no mess, for a competitive price. We went from a R13 to an R38 in the attic and from zero insulation to R19 in a very tight crawl space in less than a day and, WOW, what a difference!!!

Milo also didn't try to hard sell, or upsell, which was much appreciated.

Called a few companies for quotes, we chose attic elite because they shared so much information about the process and we were able to schedule quickly. The job too about 8 hours from start to finish and looks awesome! They were so careful to keep the inside of our home nice too.

Very happy with the teams work. We unfortunately had a rat and possum living in our attic... and our insulation did not hold up. We have damage air ducts, the attic was contaminated beyond measure, we had gaps for rodents and our overall heating and cooling systems were running inefficiently.

I was able to schedule an onsite, they gave me a competitive quote and quickly scheduled my service. The team was able to complete the project by 2 pm the same day.

From the very beginning they responded to my request for a quote promptly. They were able to give me a quote via an email which was really nice. When I awarded them the job they were able to schedule us very quickly. They arrive at the house early. When they arrived they did a really good job of covering the floors and protecting the house.
