You can tell how good a vendor is when you run into an issue. Originally I had a great and easy experience with CCIS. Well on Friday I noticed the fan in my bathroom didn't have good suction. I figured since it was in a very small part of the ducting got pinched when the insulation went in. I called Just at noon on Friday, the hottest day of the year. By 1:30 his guy came down from the 120 degree attic with the fan working great again. So overall, another great experience with CCIS.

Just fantastic pre-customer service. I was getting conflicting advice from contractors about the insulation needs for my garage project. I called Justin (in the evening) and he picked up and proceeded to listen and give advice for the next 20 minutes. His answers made sense and was explained clearly. He guided me to the best solution and I appreciated most how he advised me on my options, including how to save money by doing it myself or having my contractors do it, versus hiring his crew. That is trust winning service!

I had a great experience with Cetnral Caliornai Insulation- they came out pretty quickly to my home and the guys were really friendly. They got everything done and now when i turn the heater on my house actually stays warm. Best investment I made and its going to save me a ton on the heating costs. I called Justin the owner to thank him and he was extremely friendly and I will refer them for sure.

Process: prompt appointments and estimates; easy to schedule and work with, thorough, used quality materials, left no mess, made good recommendations as to materials and process.
Insulated both attic and subfloor with fiberglass batt insulation. While rep Russ Bearrows was there, also helped our building contractor with an insulation issue he was having with our new kitchen, making a good contact in the bargain!
Bottom Line: Recommend without reservation.
