Services
Perma-Pier's mission is to be the highest-level service organization in the foundation-repair industry, serving the entire state of Texas. Our goal is to create lifelong customers. Vision: Deliver industry-leading communication, service, and longterm relationship-cultivation to our customers and partners.
We understand a foundation repair warranty is only as good as the company that offers it. Perma-Pier Foundation Repair has been serving the Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin areas since 1992 and has a solid reputation to back its warranty. A passing freshwater pressure test and a passing hydro-static sewer test performed from a dual-directional clean-out*.
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and cash. We also understand unexpected costs may mean flexible payment options need to be explored. To that end, we offer non-recourse, third-party promotional payment plans. Use our "Check Rates" button to learn more. Perma-Pier's customized approach to repairing your foundation extends to financing as well.
Perma-Pier's professional evaluator team has received extensive training in the science behind the effects of Texas soils and will help you better understand how to care for your foundation. Texas has a variety of geography, surface geology, and climates, which means there are also a multitude of soil types-over 60 in fact - each of which affects your foundation in unique ways.
A one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work for foundation repair. A company that gives you an action plan and an estimate before reviewing all the issues that led to your foundation problem is either 1) overcharging you, or 2) attempting to solve your foundation problem with a blanket remedy. These standardized foundation repair processes might be more than you need, or worse, may not even work.

Now slightly less than 2 years later the floor repair failed again in the exact same spot with the exact same result - a wave in our wood floor. Perma-Pier refuses to return to correct their prior two repairs. Their logic is that soil must
