Usually due to bad drainage, ground movement, subsidence or poor construction your foundation can shift or settle. Your foundation repair problem will usually be noticed when doors that used to open and close start sticking, diagonal cracks appear on walls, or a gap appears between the skirting board and the floor/carpet.

Great craftsmanship! Truly amazed at how dedicated and hard working the entire Capital Foundations team were. I needed to have a deteriorating 300 square foot covered patio removed and replaced. Everyone I contacted turned down the job as either too complex or too small for their business until I reached out to Capital Foundations. Greg, Rubin and their crew were willing to take on the challenge and completed the job over two long weekends of dedicated work.

Greg, Reuben and team are amazing! Capital Foundations was recommended to us when we found out or house was falling down the side of the hill. When we were told what needed to be done I thought it was impossible. The Capital Foundation team showed up every day and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. The entire team was friendly, professional, and cleaned up daily so our home didn't feel like a construction zone. We were so pleased with their work, we hired them on for a huge 2 year project doing all of the ground work, foundation, and many more projects for a 5 acre camping retreat

Greg is awesome! In the 20+ years I have known him he had done work on my home, our rent house, and my business. He has done multiple projects for me including: foundation repair, patios, slabs, car ports, sidewalks, handicap accessible sidewalks and ramps for my business as well as retention walls and French drains to prevent flooding. I would never use anyone else!

Absolutely the worst service ever! Larry came out for a bid and completely disregarded everything, didn't take any measurements and claimed I needed 21 outside piers and 11 inside piers. I received 5 other quotes and the total piers averaged 12 only. If you want to waste money and time then contact this company. Otherwise STAY AWAY!

Do not waste your time with this unprofessional company. After meeting with my engineer, they could not be bothered to give me the estimate they promised. After dozens of unreturned phone calls, unreturned emails, or even a rejection of the project, they never sent me the estimate for a very time sensitive project. It was strange, annoying,and unprofessional. If you cant follow through on a bid, I certainly don't trust you to repair my home.

We only used them because the previous homeowner hired them to do pier and beam work. During our contract period with our seller we tried to get the company to come out and address some issues that our home inspector found concerning. The company's response was that they were up to code. After 3 months of owning the home we called them out to the house to address a sinking front corner to the house. After a couple of cancellations on their end they finally came out. We were scheduled for the work to be done and again it took us calling in after a couple of no shows. We also asked for an estimate
