First 3 photos are how my laminate floors were treated thanks to Quality Foundation Repair. The next 3 are how easily laminate floors are peeled back to be replaced with no damages. The project manager informed me it would be easy to peel back my floor and it should be no issue. Instead of telling me they wouldn’t just peel it back (which took a guy all of 1 hour to do on his own in the other pictures), they just drilled into the floor and it cost me and extra $10k to repair my floors. This review is long overdue. I hired QFR to fix the foundation at my parents' house. Marco was very responsive and patient with all my questions. The crew, lead by Alex, did an amazing job with the fix. They were quick, professional, and respected the property. When work was done, they repaired the concrete in the driveway and it looks like nothing happened at all. Overall, great experience and I would recommend them.

Hired Quality Foundation to level a house, add new support beams and posts, and replace the stucco skirting. They were not the cheapest bid, but I had a good feeling about their attention to detail and the positive reviews.
Communication was so-so during the project. Didn't receive updates on the progress like I have with other foundation companies in the past. It felt like the work crew was turned loose with little oversight or involvement by the project manager.

Quality Foundation has replaced piers and beams at 6 homes that I manage and 1 that I own. I am a property manager for over 25 years and have to say Quality Foundation is the best Foundation company I have worked with! I have previously tried 4 other foundation companies and been either ripped off or very disappointed. Quality Foundation's steel piers with welded U hangers for the beams is a superior product compared to other companies. When my wife and I started to experience concrete slab foundation issues we requested evaluations from various concrete foundation repair contractors.
