In this day of crooks and incompetence, Keith Powell is a breath of fresh air. We have used them many times and they are always prompt and fair. They came late at night to get our heat going, even though I know they were tired. Came today for AC and didn't charge for a part because they had replaced it last year and it really should have lasted longer. We didn't have to even ask.
