Professional, hard workers, excellent communication. Installed tankless water heater, removed the old one, took care of the electrical for the unit, ran a new gas line into the house to accommodate needs, rerouted some existing lines, it was a pretty big project with a lot of small details. The guys at Coleman not only listened to our detailed requests, they did them - without us babysitting!!! They even fixed/finished a few things a previous plumber did incorrectly. Highly recommend this company.

We needed two attic fan motors replaced as well as needed two simple ladders built within the attic in order to reach the very high existing fan motors we have. Our technician Richard H. and his assistant were able to build the ladders on site and replace the fan motors. They were very kind, polite and professional. We greatly appreciate that John H. Coleman's techs wore masks and shoe covers in order to keep our carpets clean.

Even though I had just been laid off from my job, I pulled everything I had to buy a new heat and air unit so at least my family could be comfortable. It took longer than expected to get the unit but they told me it was due to shortages associated with the pandemic so that didn't really bother me. What I'm upset about is that after about a month or so, the unit has frozen up and our house temperature has ranged between 75 - 80 degrees downstairs and much worse upstairs! They've come out several times to "fix" it but as of 1:30 this morning, we had to sleep down stairs because

John H Coleman has the very best customer service. On a day that could be considered the worst, they made it better. They have always been responsive and communicative, you always know when they will be there. They never have a 6 hour window.

Called to set up an appointment for my business for hvac services. Lady that answered the phone started the conversation immediately saying "we will need X and X and X info before we do anything to make sure we get paid" What kind of customer service is this? This is the first time calling this company and they're already acting like we screwed them over before. Dont waste your time here.
