I have been shopping on Cars.com and other sites, and found a car that suited my needs. Pre owned and certified is exactly what I needed. I sent a request into the Mullinax Ford dealership and was emailed by Jonathan Walker. I asked him to put some numbers together with my trade prior to coming into the dealership. This is how I buy! I received an agreed upon price which had NO dealer fees!!! And it did not change when I got there! I highly recommend this Company as this is how business should be handled. The service was excellent! It took a little time to get my truck but due to the nature it could be easy except in the paint everything turned out perfect and nice. The offense shop manager Mario was superb, intelligent and professional in ways of communicating with me throughout the duration Mullinax had my truck.

Leah Sewell was my service writer at a recent visit to Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach, Florida. I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted with all the courteously a customer deserves let alone a loyal repeat customer. Leah efficiently had my service order prepared and ask if I needed a ride or if I was going to wait. I planned to wait since F-150 was in for regular service and a tire rotation. As I waited in the customer lounge, Leah reported back to me that I needed wiper blades, which I planned to get at Advanced Auto because they carry the brand I prefer and are less expensive then the dealership

We will only go to this dealership for future purchases! Shena was the best sales person we EVER worked with! We live on the west coast, she handled everything for us over the phone, found my husbands dream truck, and gave us exactly what we hoped for for our trade. I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership and was very satisfied. Bill helped me find the perfect car that fit my budget and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured at all. He was friendly and accommodating. I typically hate interacting with salesmen but Bill was more interested in making me happy than making an extra buck. Just took ownership of a new Bronco thanks to Mullinax. This is my families 5th Mullinax purchase but my first here in Vero.
