Not happy with the 135 diagnosis fee to tell me that the gas cap wasn't tightened enough that created a check engine light. And to add insult to injury, I got billed an add on fee of $20 to the total bill equal to 10% of bill that I wasn't told about... I felt like this was a take advantage of the consumer situation. Something just doesn't feel right about what just happened.. it feels unethical ... what can I do??? Nada :(

Very professional and most importantly very transparent! They are unlike most car dealerships as far as customer service, which is perfect! Women beware if you come here by yourself. Rick is a snake oil salesman. He will inflate things to make you spend money you do not have to spend. He's done it to me three times in the last 3 years. I have a light on and he told me it would be $179 to run a diagnostic to see what is wrong. I said I'm not paying that. He then says the diagnostic is covered under my service agreement but I can only do it Monday through Friday - today is Saturday. I told him just change my oil. Twenty minutes later he tells me my battery is leaking

Im so thrilled with the quality of my new Honda CR-V but Im especially happy about the amazing service from my Sales Rep, Nanette Ezersky. I went into Vatland Honda 4 months ago on an information gathering mission and was so taken with Nannette that I knew when the time came I would definitely buy from her. In addition, with the pandemic, Nanette and the staff did everything for me over the phone and delivered my car right to my door. She went above and beyond for me, but I'm certain that's just how she is! I highly recommend Nannette and Vatland Honda to anyone who will listen!

Vatland Honda had an excellent price on a used 2015 Accord Touring. I asked twice about the car to see if it was available. I get the usual "yes it's available, when can you come in?" I explain that I'm over a hour drive away so I'd like to get the Out the door price before I drive. After I ask, thats it, crickets. I've even called and ask the same question but was hung up on twice. It's a shame because I was a guarantee sale and I had made up my mind that I was buying this car. But if a dealership can't give me a straight answer then I'm not doing

The guys at Vantland Honda, specifically Bryan in the sales dept was top notch from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help an out of state buyer like myself feel very comfortable with the car I was purchasing. He was very patient with me, provided detailed photos & videos of the car confirming the condition. He even helped me with taking it to a local european auto garage to complete the pre buy inspection. "Service after the sale" is not a motto this company can adopt. After spending over 30k for a car, you would think the "VIP sticker" they have on the front of the windshield of my new car would mean something; absolutely not. After working with their service dept and the service dept manager, their was eventually a resolution. My problem is with the service culture that is far from customer oriented and geared more to the bottom dollar. The goal from the get-go was more "towards moving the customer out the door with as little effort and as costing Vatland as little as possible

They DO NOT deserve the one star I had to give them but that was the only way I could tell you all about this shady of a business Vatland is running. If I were you I would go south to Coggin, Johnson or Delray Honda for all your business and service needs. I brought my son a 2012 Honda Accord on December 31, 2018 and they knew something was wrong with that car but they patched it up good enough for lil honest me to take off. The alternator went out 3 days after I got it then the starter and I had to return to their service department on 01-14-2019 after just getting the car back from them fixing

YOur service dept is not capable of fixing a complicated HONDA CAR issue. The car was NOT Diagnosed Properly. We took it out on the road where after spending $1200 (i went in for 2 new tires) I had to come back in.There was A LOUD noise. I had to come back and was told it was NOW a HEAT shield issue. We were given the IT"S GOOD TO GO BY RICK. We died on the rd the NEXT day ! Obviously THAT WAS NOT THE ISSUE. YOU then tried to gouge me on a way out of control price for a converter.!! Not even trying to work with a customer I got to rantin. g !! I was madder then mad. Oh also my car was veering

Vatland Honda...blew my socks off. I got an incredible deal and Jake, my "friend" (I can't even call him a salesperson) well, he was incredible. There style, making sure the customer is happy, no high pressure, was left a more than pleasant taste in my mouth and heart.
It will be my dealer of choice no matter where I am in the country. Fly in and buy your car there, and bring them the internet pricing.
Oh and I bought the warranty, as I checked it out ahead of time and it was a fair deal also.

Vatland Honda would not honor their "Internet Best Price". They tried to tell me it was only if you are military or recent college graduate which was not mentioned anywhere on the webpage. After hours of going back and forth, my wife and I agreed to a higher price of approximately $1500 dollars more than the price online. They sent us to lunch to think it over, they called and we agreed to come in to buy the vehicle. Great, friendly customer service. Just bought a new car here for the first time and it was a breeze. I got a great deal (and I looked all over and did my research)!
