Bought a used Leaf and the sidemirror is broken. This dealerships policy seems to be that they are to tell you we will look into it and call you back. Then they never call. I talked to several people at this dealership including the manager. Got the same response. When I tried to call him back he was always with a customer so left message. No call back. My next two tries the line was busy. Third try the receptionist didn't answer and it went straight to managers vm which was full. Tried talking to General manager, was told he wasn't in til 1 pm. Called At 1:30 and was told he still wasn't in so

Please explain to me of the purpose of having an appointment? I had an appointment at 9:00AM for an oil change and was told it was going to take 2 hours. I understand give ot take 15 minutes but 2 hours for an oil change?
I am not sure how your service dept is laid out, if your technician’s have one or five jobs or take a car from start to finish but all this should be taken into considerations when someone books an appointment, walk ins should be talked on availability.
So again, I ask what is the purpose of an appointment?

Patrick and the sales manager Chris were fabulous to deal with. I was able to drive away in a brand new 2021 Nissan Kicks.
