I paid Perry's a contract fee of $162+ before they did anything for me, just to be guaranteed that they would clear snow from my driveway whenever it snowed. It has snowed 3x and they have not done my driveway ever. I asked for a refund of my contract fee when they did not do my driveway after the first snow. They did not return my money, so I thought they planned to clear the snow the next time, but they did not. When I finally got Perry himself on the phone, he would not commit to clearing the snow for me, a senior citizen, and still has not returned my contract fee. Perry's is unreliable and

I used Perry's for snow removal last winter. The company was at my house to clean up or just put down some salt on the ice on my side walk and front stoop, I could be out of my house by 10:am. Perry's also called and offered help during the worst of the pandemic, such a kind thing to do.

I love working with Perry. His work is always above and beyond. He is extremely creative and always has fantastic suggestions that improve upon my own ideas and make my projects so much more outstanding. His work is meticulous and I have used him over and over again. In fact I have a call into him now to help with storm damage and insurance claims.

Perrys was one of four firms I contacted for quotes to landscape our garden. I sent them all the same photos of the area to be landscaped and the same text in terms of what I was looking for. While the person who came to meet with me was punctual and enthusiastic, he was the only one of the landscapers I met with who (a) charged me for the estimate and (b) decided to "design" a different area of our home than I'd asked for. Unfortunately, he charged me up front for the proposal so I didn't know about (b) until he'd taken my money for (a).

Perry wants to be a serious contender and a jack of all trades, but he's a bit of a mess. I hired him last season for landscaping. He was okay, but there were little red flags. He tried to sell me other services before I had a chance to even evaluate the one I hired him for. Then he asked if I could leave him a positive review, putting me in the uncomfortable position of having to say no because he had just started with me and I didn't really know enough to leave a review.
