Incredibly helpful staff, whether you call on the phone or walk in the store. This is my mom's local hardware store and they are always an absolute pleasure to deal with and it is appreciated.
On my last visit, I was building a microwave stand for her and she was missing a part. Called up the store and had stock confirmation right away and even told me there were only a few left, so not to delay coming in. We were there in no time and the gentleman knew exactly who I was and walked me right over to the part and was out of the store in 2 minutes. Such a great crew. Highly recommend.
