Purchased a home that had prior water damage that was not seen until after closing asked for simply an estimate from this company with mention of possibly pursuing the previous owner once repaired company scheduled estimate and then called back and said they wouldn’t want to get involved if there is a potential lawsuit. Very unprofessional

The water line for the refrigerator burst during the night, flooding the basement ceiling and floors. PCI were hired by our insurance company.
P.C.I were fast, efficient, courteous and friendly. They knew exactly what to do to ensure minimal water damage to prevent long term mold accumulation. They quickly cleaned up the damage, they were responsive and reasonable.

After getting an engineer report of what need to be done in order to remove and fix the mold smell in my house I Called this pci company and emailed them the report,
2 days after I received a call from a guy named Tom so called project manager and he told me that he doesn't want to take the job and give me an offer because he heard from the engineering company that did my report that I contacted another company also to get an offer a week before ,also Tom (so called project manager) kept lie and lie of what his company do or not,
pci work as a mafia style and, he was unprofessional and insolent

We were hooked up to PCI by Merchants Insurance after a major basement sewer backup on Jan 2 2017. Such a major job took 4 months & we are so satisfied with Tom Gentile, Kevin & all the crews sent. In this day & age it's so rare that anyone calls back when they say they will & be there when they say they will. Not once were we in the dark about what would be done & how. The workmanship is beyond compare & we know about that as we have done our share through the years! We can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all of them again.
