WOW! JESS in the service dept! I have never been so thoroughly satisfied with service on my car before. I was so impressed with Jess, she communicates, explained everything and I was so impressed with her knowledge of everything! She & the service Manager & everyone there is so thorough! I had the, absolute, best experience at Honda of TO! My sales associate, Elayne, was the best. She's honest, kept in touch, and communicated with me through my whole buying process. Purchasing a car, during COVID shortages, was difficult. Elayne, was amazing. She was able to secure the EXACT car I desired, in the color I wanted. She was able to locate it while in production, and secure it while in transit. She was honest about the price. Literally, no surprise. I think this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Excellent experience with the service department. Richard Sugarman, my service advisor, was very helpful, friendly and professional. The same is true for the shuttle driver, Steve. And the service was done quickly and well. All in all I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Julian was so extremely helpful and kind throughout this leasing process. He walked me through every option and made the experience enjoyable. I learned a ton about the buying/leasing industry and truly felt like I was getting the best deal, and that he was the integral part in that. I'm glad I chose this location. They treated me with respect, I even decided to return the car the next day after purchasing it, for another car. They treated me with the same respect the next day, they were understanding and still gave me a nice deal. I felt like their priority was to make me happy. I definitely recommend this place :).

I have not had the best luck with Honda of Thousand Oaks in the last couple years and I quite honestly was just about ready to make a further drive just to speak with more pleasant salesmen. BUT working with Omar was a pleasure and a breath of fresh air. In my opinion, there is nothing easy or pleasant about negotiating deals for a new car, but Omar managed to make an unbearable process pleasant! Omar is personable and transparent and made sure he could get me the very best deal given the current chip crisis and limited availability of new cars. I purchased I car from this dealership within the last week and I'm loving the vehicle for sure, I had William help me and I can say he was the best part about the experience! They dropped the ball not once but at least 3 times and let my $33,000 sale walk out the door (I had $10,000 IN CASH for the down payment). My first trip in the salesperson was EXTREMELY inexperienced but I had no issue as they have to learn/train somehow. Every question I had they had to go back and forth to a manager. I test drove a used 2021 version of the vehicle I wanted and went home to sleep on it. Never come here. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, anywhere. If you'd like to be disrespected and have your time wasted, this is the place for you! Bought a used car from Honda of Thousand Oaks almost four weeks ago. Paid in full. There was an issue with the AC the dealer agreed to fix before I could take the car. I was told the car would be ready for pickup 4-5 times, and each time I made the trip out from LA, I found there was another issue with it and I could not take it home, despite being told it had been fully detailed, serviced, and was ready for me. I had an appointment with CC at this location yesterday. She was super responsive and took the time to do some paperwork and research ahead of my arrival so my visit would be as easy and organized as possible. I was doing an end-of-lease trade-in, and not only did she find the perfect next vehicle for me, but she helped navigate the leasing process flawlessly. I am a person that does not typically use Yelp as much, however I was so impressed with the service I received from DCH Thousand Oaks Subaru, that I decided to write a review.
Al, the maintenance adviser went above and beyond to explain the service my car was getting, all though he was having technical issues, he did not let this stop him from ensuring my car was going to get the service it needed.
I will return to get my car serviced here again and I highly recommend them.

Thanks to Honda of Thousand Oaks, I got into the new 2021 Honda CR-V I wanted. Thanks to Rex and Steven Mozes for convincing to stick with Honda specially during this bad car market during the pandemic.

They were willing to make the deal I agreed on. Rex and Steven made sure I got in and out of there as quick as possible with a clean new Honda CR-V. Rex made sure the temporary plates was put on perfectly. Definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Honda.

For some reason I was under the impression by making an appointment and bringing my 2018 Accord Sport in for scheduled maintenance at Honda, it'd be better service for a better price.

Well, live and learn. It's been almost two hours since I dropped off my car for a routine oil change, and it's going to cost about $100...for an oil change? Seriously?

If there's a Honda representative that wants to send me a voucher for this poor experience, it would be appreciated.
Otherwise I will not be returning, simply because the wait time is ridiculous for the price.

I didnt think I would actually waste or should I say spend my valuable time writing this review but rather than feeling like im wasting my time here I feel its necessary and hope this helps others out there and even the dealership itself and their staff.


Its worth mentioning I have been coming to this location for years i had always gotten very good friendly service, I never felt like I was being deceived, offered services that are not required, or pushy aggresive type service agents.

Chaudry is a poor sales man. He is just there, not sure for what reason. He is not engaging he doesn't know the vehicles he doesn't know what's in inventory, he was useless. Honda of Thousand Oaks needs better people.

I liked the two salesman and the last financial guy that we dealt with in buying a used car here. However, the finance guy that tried to push the warranty and then treated us like we didn't know any better was awful. Yes, I know what a warranty is. No, I do not want it. End of conversation. At least we ended on a good note. The person. We signed all the papers with was chill.

We took a newer 2019 Honda Civic into the dealership because an emissions light went on. It turned out to be rodent damage on a hose. They called to let us know that it would cost $325 to replace it. I decided to check out a different automotive business that deals with Honda 's, Shelly's auto precision. They bought the hose from the dealership for four dollars, replaced The hose, and cleaned out the engine from rodent droppings. They charged us $75 for everything!

Chaudry was amazing. I called about their 2020 brand new Accord EX. We worked out the deal over the phone. Went in and picked it up.
