If you are planning on visiting this dealership to check out a used vehicle that you saw advertised make sure you keep in mind this review and keep scrolling further. You won't make it more than a few reviews without seeing the same complaints about bait and switch tactics that myself and others have experienced at this dealership. Each bad review typically has a response from the manager assuring that they want to make it right but clearly this is all talk as it continues to happen.

Like so many others I was lured in by an ad online with a decent price on a good looking used vehicle. I

TERRIBLE. The "sales" people have no experience... so they have to leave to ask the "manager" almost every question. I heard "I don't know" more times than not... Does not instill confidence when making such a huge purchase.

Also, they require full credit paper work when buying with cash. Why do they need all that information if there is no financing?? No other car lot had those unreasonable requirements.

LASLTY, the price for the car I wanted was $13,999 online, but when I got there, they added-on NON-optional features for another $1700!

Sean and Nick are incompetent. I advised them I had approved financing from my credit union and they informed me they can do an options contract, but as soon as I completed my credit application they they wanted to keep the loan with them and started shopping around with multiple lenders running enquiries left and right. Do not waste your time and find a reputable dealer.

BAIT & SWITCH PRICING - I drove 1 hour to DCH Ford after speaking to a salesman to confirm price and availability of a vehicle. During my test drive I was advised of mandatory dealer add-ons (low jack GPS and cleartech door edge protector). Dealer would not honor advertised price. These add-ons are not optional.

My car was making a funny noise so I recently took it in to get it checked. I'm always nervous about getting my car checked because I never know who's gonna take it advantage of the fact that I don't know anything about cars. I came across A gentleman by the name of Javier, he was really nice and explain things to me very clearly and made me feel comfortable about getting my car serviced. My car runs smoothly now thanks to his services! I will definitely be coming back!!

Came in for an unexpected service as my car was making a strange sound while driving, and the guy who helped me (I believe his name was Javier), was honest and very knowledgeable as to what the issue was. The service I received was quick and I was back on the road in no time. Great as I needed to get back to work ASAP! Thanks team!

Traveled over an hour in traffic because of there customer service!!

I've been shopping around for an FD150 and due to inventory shortage every other dealership continue to not return my car or simply remind me that I can follow up with them??!? I remember when dealerships use to actually want customers!

Well that's not the case here.

Sean who works here at DCH Ford has been such great help!!! He has showed me several models and forwards any updates of new inventories. He did not turn away from a challenge and truly listens to the endless checklist of features that I'm looking

UPDATE: After leaving this same review on Google, BBB, and Facebook, I finally got some response. Nick in their finance department told me that what a previous person told us was incorrect - our registration HAD gone through but for some reason just didn't get mailed to us. ‍. He emailed me a copy of the registration so at least we're able to get registered in our new state.

It still should never have taken so long to help us and I wouldn't return there to do business.

This review will be updated when DCH Ford resolves our issue. They say they want deliriously happy customers... and we are currently VERY unhappy.
We bought a Subaru Outback in September 2021. Built into the total cost was $500 for a California registration. The registration tag on our Subaru was set to expire November 2021. When we hadn't… received our registration a month later, we called to find out the issue and were informed that our registration wouldn't be accepted by the state until the dealership fixed a recall issue we were NOT told about. WHY HAD THEY NOT TOLD US ABOUT THIS AT

My wife and I took delivery of a new 2021 "Big" Bronco and after a 18 month wait we finally have our dream vehicle. A big shout out to our amazing sales rep Obrian who is new to the biz, but handled our entire transaction like a seasoned professional. Kudos to DCH for having such a fine young man on their sales staff. He even called us to follow up and see if we had any questions and if we were enjoying the vehicle. Notably since we special ordered the Bronco DCH didn't charge us any markup over MSRP and they made that clear when they called us to say the vehicle was available for

My husband, little one and I made an appointment with Sean to look at a Used Mazda CX-9. He was super patent as we had to push back the time a little bit and with a little one who was causing mayhem at the dealership.

The manager and Sean were able to work with us so we could get the car with a car we wanted to trade in.

The next morning, I unfortunately found out that the windshield had a crack in it. It took some time due to the fault of the manager, but after a while, they were able to get the windshield replaced for us. Once Sean had realized what had happened, he got everything moving for

Well my first review for DCH was back in 2017 when I got my new car from Ken. I am still driving it and it has over 180,000 miles and still running great.

Well, About a year ago I bought my wife a 2017 Explorer from DCH after a terrible experience with Carvana.
Annnd I forgot to do a review.

So here is a twofer.
Sept 2020:
We went to DCH and Victor M was on point with us, we had called ahead and they had the car right up front for us Victor he got the paperwork done, the test drive done and finally, the keys to her (no one gets to drive it but her) best car buying experience hands down.

I purchased a 2021 Bronco and a Bronco sport from this dealership.
The GSM Matt Kelleher was the rudest person. He was more concerned with making sure he got the sale into his end of month sales totals than providing any customer service whatsoever. This was the 2nd truck purchased from this dealership this year, and he couldn't be bothered to e-mail a copy of the sale to our lender. Further, he tried to claim that he was worried about something happening to a truck that

My younger brother was on the market for a new vehicle. We decided to hit up DCH Ford. I was nervous for him, being his first purchase, I wanted to make sure he didn't get into a bad deal. Thanks to our new friends Amir, Chuck and Dan, we walked away with the best deal possible for his budget.

I took my Escape in for an oil change and some general maintenance. They found that a rodent had caused some damage inside and it would need to be taken back in later to fix after a part came in. I took my Escape back to DCH Ford of TO and it took 2 entire days for them to replace the part and flush the brake system. I was already frustrated by how… long it took, but they communicated along the way, so I was happy to pick up my car and for this chapter to be over.
Over the next week, my email was bombarded with requests from Ford to fill out a survey. Finally, I did fill out the survey because

Worst experience ever. Came in to purchase vehicle at advertised price. I had already secured financing through my credit union. They said they would only honor the price if I used their financing which was DOUBLE the rate. Avoid them at all costs.
